Dear Attorney Arabasz,                                                                                   March 16, 2014

            RE: Bonetzky-Joseph v Joseph

            Docket No: PL06 D0566-DV1

 

As you are aware, your client has been deliberate and willful contempt as he openly has testified in court regarding any order he must abide. Your client has repeatedly failed to have the children available for the weekly phone calls on Wednesdays at 7pm. More recently, for the last four calls, Alexandria, the oldest daughter, deliberately has not been made available for court ordered phone calls as required by Judge Roberts order. Also, none of the children were made available for the weekly call on Wednesday February 19, 2014.

This notice of deliberate non-compliance with court orders is a direct violation of said order. I will be asking Judge Roberts for the same standards to be applied to Father as you have demanded be placed upon me without discrimination.

I will call my children on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 7pm as that is the time ordered by the court and I will anticipate full cooperation from your client regarding these calls.
