Dear
Attorney Arabasz, November
26, 2012
RE:
Bonetzky-Joseph v Joseph
Docket
No: PL06 D0566-DV1
I write
in response to your letter dated November 13, 2012 (received on November 20,
2012). Please note: the previous letter
received was dated November 1, 2012 (received November 6, 2012) concerning the
unavailability of the children on October 31, 2012 for their 7pm call.
Firstly,
I respectfully request you cease and desist in your attempts to “gaslight” me. Your attempts to do so
not only cause harm to me, but may have negative lasting effects on my
children.
You
know my number, Attorney Arabasz, as it is the same number your client placed
the call block on. I do NOT
block my number. Your client has and was
verified by the phone company. As an
attorney, Attorney Arabasz, you knew or should have known, Mr. Joseph and his
wife have not complied with the calls as you agreed as Mr. Joseph’s acting
attorney.
If
you recall, your client testified in court under oath that if he did not feel like
complying with court order he was not going to do so. Based on your client’s actions, there appears
to be an obstruction of justice here.
I
have repeatedly
asked for your cooperation to resend an unblocked,
uncensored, and unrestricted phone number that allows my children access so
they can speak to their mother, which you refuse to do. You again
have failed your duty to fulfill my request.
Why? The request is simple.
Please
note that I have been advised to call the police regarding my concerns. I have also been informed of the concerns
regarding the welfare of the children that may warrant a well check and I have
been informed of my rights to do so. I
hope you advise your client to cooperate with the calls as the police
department is well aware of the situation.
Despite
your repeated lack of cooperation, the previous numbers you provided in
September did work on Wednesday, November 21st. Whatever call block your client placed was
lifted and I finally and happily spoke with my three daughters, Alexandria,
Shannon and Kelly. Thank you for
convincing your client to cooperate with the calls. It was so wonderful to hear
their voices and tell me about their school and friends. Clearly based on the tone, the children were
quite happy to speak with me and nice to hear how they miss their mother,
grandfather and friends and how much my daughters love me too.
I
expect to be able to speak with my children again at the specified time you
state in your letter Wednesday, November 31, 2012 at 7pm, and anticipate your
client will finally cooperate with the calls as it is what is right and best
for the children.
Regards,
Laura
Bonetzky-Joseph
